How long does printing take?
Each product shows a manufacturing range. Courier delivery begins after production and quality control, so the two times are shown separately.
Can you print any STL?
No. STL files do not reliably carry units, and geometry alone does not confirm printability. We ask you to confirm units and review every file.
Are 3D-printed parts food-safe?
Not by default. Food contact depends on material certification, printer setup, surface finish, cleaning and actual use. Product-specific suitability must be confirmed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to approved destinations after eligibility, rate and customs checks. Import duties or taxes may be payable by the recipient depending on the destination and agreed terms.
Are layer lines normal?
Yes. Fine layer lines are a characteristic of fused-filament 3D printing and are not automatically a defect.
