1. Confirm
For shop products, choose the material, colour, size and personalisation. For custom work, we review your model and requirements before quoting.
2. Make
After payment, the job enters our Cape Town production queue. We prepare the machine, print, remove supports and complete any agreed finishing.
3. Check
A human checks dimensions, surface condition, function where testable, and the agreed specification. A failed check creates a controlled reprint—not a hidden shortcut.
4. Deliver
Once production passes, we pack and hand over to the selected courier. Collection is offered only when an appointment is confirmed.
